The Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Data entry
  • Validation of invoices
  • Use of customer portals
  • Account reconciliations
  • Payment allocations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

You:
Ideally, we want someone who is comfortable and at ease in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge and experience in accounts, data entry etc. So, we want you to:

  • Have previous experience in a finance/accounts setting
  • Have good excel skills
  • Have great computer literacy skills
  • Have excellent organisation skills with an attention to detail which is second to none
  • Are proactive, adaptable, flexible and you don’t hesitate to take ownership of tasks and keep yourself busy
  • Know how to prioritise effectively
